What's a Nano Optical Film? As the name implies, the film  is composed of nanoscale optical structures, which are uniformly coated on one or both sides of individual substrates using ultraviolet exposure techniques, thereby achieving nanoscale control and adjustment of light angles.

Last time, We introduced our single-asymmetric nano-optical film to everyone. This time, we will continue to introduce another new product - Double Asymmetric nano-optical film to you.


Double Asymmetric Nano Optical Film: Double-Asymmetric is also known as batwing. It is named after the shape of its light distribution, which is like a bat's wing. In simple terms, the function of double-Asymmetric nano-optical film is that it can deflect light to two different directions simultaneously.

Specification: Currently, HercuLux offers two types of Films: one is the Single-Sided Film( There is a double-asymmetric nano-optical microstructure on the front side, and there is no optical microstructure on the back side); and the other is the Double-Sided Film (There is a double-asymmetric nano-microstructure on the front side, and on the back side there is a diffused optical microstructure with a haze of 80).

Adapt to Kirin Optical Platform: The double-asymmetric nano-optical film is also an excellent complement to all series of products on the Kirin platform. Without the need for customers' lamps to add additional structural components, the angles of all series will become more diverse. With the double-asymmetric nano-optical film, all series of products will once again radiate new vitality.
